The challenge
The client needed to completely digitize their massive logistics network to eliminate operational liabilities and support rapid industrial growth.
Managing an extensive fleet of over 700 specialized commercial vehicles and hundreds of cross-border drivers requires handling massive amounts of highly sensitive operational data. The client was restricted by traditional backend structures where decentralized records across country borders caused severe information delays, and manual verification loops created significant operational liabilities.
Furthermore, unlinked asset tracking led to critical visibility gaps, while disconnected subcontractor data flows resulted in invoicing delays and inefficient empty-leg transit routes. To sustain growth and align with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, they required a major custom web application overhaul to digitize their entire operational backbone.
The solution
We engineered a centralized, cloud-hosted Transport Management System built on a decoupled Node.js and Laravel PHP architecture, ensuring maximum data security and speed.

We built an auto-incrementing data structure that isolates records across branches and vehicles, using mandatory approval state queues to protect primary tables from incorrect entries.

Low-Latency Trip Matrix
We routed live and historical trip data into an index-optimized Elasticsearch repository, allowing operators to near-instantaneously query and process massive active route files.

Bidirectional Server Integrations
The backend securely integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for real-time financial syncing, while communicating continuously with GPS Gate software to automate geographical progress tracking.

Mechanical Process Automation
Manual actions were converted into secure digital workflows, automating fuel orders and requiring strict digital proof-of-delivery uploads to evaluate asset compliance before driver reallocation.
