Sumit needed a dynamic, highly secure internal portal to deliver tailored wellbeing content independently to diverse client organizations.
Sumit, a pioneering wellbeing consultancy, helps progressive organizations drive employee health, energy, and engagement. As their programs expanded, they required a centralized digital space where employees could seamlessly access tailored wellbeing content, HR resources, and personalized support services without technical friction.
The primary hurdle was architecting a system capable of serving each client company entirely independently. The platform needed to provide a custom-branded experience with isolated content libraries and bespoke survey tools to maintain strict data privacy, all while remaining highly scalable for Sumit’s evolving service offerings.
