PayDay needed a highly secure, transaction-heavy liquidity platform built from scratch to eliminate traditional payroll cycle friction without breaking corporate accounting rules.
PayDay needed a highly secure, transaction-heavy liquidity platform built from scratch to eliminate traditional payroll cycle friction without breaking corporate accounting rules.
In the high-growth FinTech sector, PayDay aimed to pioneer Earned Wage Access (EWA) by allowing salaried employees and contractors to safely withdraw accrued net earnings before the designated end-of-month processing window. However, operating this real-time liquidity platform required managing complex ledger updates across distinct corporate and banking tiers, demanding a flawless data architecture to mitigate severe execution risks.
Before the platform could achieve sustainable corporate distribution, it required comprehensive backend engineering. The system had to overcome hurdles like handling inconsistent mobile login authentication, securely matching early loan advances to the employer's final monthly ledger run, and manually onboarding independent contractors outside standard payroll software constraints.
SIVOXI designed and launched the PayDay platform from absolute inception, engineering a centralized, highly secure administration framework built upon Node.js RESTful API architectures and cloud-hosted data structures.

We engineered secure data exchange pipelines to interface seamlessly with SimplePay via secure API tokens and integrated Sage 300 via SSL bindings, pulling master employee records accurately.
Mobile cash withdrawals are calculated explicitly against accrued net salaries. At cycle close, advances are dynamically rolled into a centralized repayment line item within the core software engine.
A custom manual setup utility was built into the live administrative panel, allowing administrators to override constraints, input raw metrics manually, and release advances without breaking validation rules.
PayDay successfully transitioned from an isolated staging sandbox to live production, rapidly integrating multiple corporate workforces into the active ecosystem.
The secure, centralized platform architecture allowed for the rapid, safe, and frictionless onboarding of thousands of salaried and contract workers.
Employees are successfully accessing early liquidity, with fully reconciled ledger records matching their accrued net earnings with zero tax impact.
